The plot involves Santa Claus, who has become depressed after being put on the Naughty List by mistake and losing his magic bag of toys given to him for delivering every year.

Mickey’s Christmas Carol (1983)

This Disney classic is a must-watch during the Christmas season. Mickey’s Christmas Carol is an animated short film starring, of course, Mickey Mouse as Bob Cratchit and Scrooge McDuck as Ebenezer Scrooge. Arendelle Castle Yule Log (2018)

This is an interesting addition to Disney+’s Christmas movies. The Arendelle Castle Yule Log was released in 2018 and is Disney’s take on the Log videos you can also find on Youtube and Netflix.

The video is a fireplace that you can watch in the background while you’re scrolling through your other Disney+ content. It’s about 45 minutes long and loops continuously, so it’s perfect if you want to put on some Christmas music and have a festive movie marathon!

Christmas Vacation (1989)

This is one of my all-time favorite Christmas movies! It follows the Griswold family as they attempt to celebrate the holiday while also dealing with all sorts of disasters.

It’s a really funny movie and you’ll definitely enjoy watching it. Plus, if you love this one then there are other equally entertaining films in the series!

The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)

This is another great Christmas movie that has become somewhat of an obsession for me during December. The Disney+ version includes both the original theatrical release as well as the extended cut with ‘Sally’s Song’. This film follows Jack Skellington, who accidentally discovers Christmastown while on his quest to find something new for Halloween Town after being bored with doing the same thing every year.

He becomes infatuated with Santa Claus’ role but things get complicated when Oogie Boogie plans to use him for his own evil purposes.

This movie is definitely different from your average Christmas film, but I think that’s what makes it so great!

This might be a good idea for your kids this Christmas!

This cute movie has been around since 2010 and it still holds up very well today. Santa Paws is about three dogs named Willy, Kate and Jazzy as they set off on an adventure together after being given superpowers by Santa Claus himself. While walking at night with his owner, Willy gets captured by two thieves as he interrupts them trying to rob a family’s home.

The family takes him in and they soon realize that he has the same powers as Santa Paws, so they all set off to rescue Willy and stop the thieves!

I’m very excited about this one because it’s a completely restored and remastered version of the movie that was originally released in 1993. It includes all of the original songs, animation, and dialogue as well as some scenes that were deleted from the theatrical release.

This is great for any fan of The Nightmare Before Christmas who wants to see how the film was originally supposed to look!

I hope these movies help you out when it comes time for holiday festivities!

Richie Rich’s Christmas Wish (1998)

This Christmas movie is a great classic! It was originally released in 1998 and follows Richie Rich (the boy who has everything) as he meets a young girl named Margaret.

This is another good one that will definitely get you into the Christmas spirit! The story follows Scott Calvin as he discovers that his son has accidentally put Santa Clause on the naughty list. To save him, Scott must become the new Santa and learn all of its responsibilities in a short amount of time—which proves to be difficult since he’s not always available during the month of December due to work commitments.

If there’s one thing that always comes to mind when I think about Christmas, it’s Miracle on 34th Street! This 1994 remake tells the story of Kris Kringle—a man who claims to be Santa Clause—and his trial as he tries to prove that he’s the real deal to everyone in New York .

One Magic Christmas (1985)

This movie is a great one for those who are looking to get into the Christmas spirit. The story follows Harry as he tries to make his daughter’s wish come true after she asked Santa Clause if her mother would return home from heaven.

The film stars Mary Steenburgen and Harry Dean Stanton as the parents, with Elizabeth Mitchell playing their daughter named Lilly who believes that it was magic—and not fate—that brought her mom back home even though it meant defying death itself.

Christmas Cupid (2010)

Starring Christina Milian, this 2010 film tells us about a young girl name Aubrey whose life changes dramatically when she discovers that there’s no such thing as love at first sight instead, all of our relationships are based on compatibility.

A Christmas Carol (1984)

Starring George C. Scott, this 1984 film has become one of my all-time favorites because it does such an amazing job at telling us about Ebenezer Scrooge—a rich man living during Victorian times obsessed with money but still unhappy even though he seemingly has everything anyone could ever want or need!

The story follows Scrooge as he’s visited by the ghost of his old business partner Jacob Marley—who warns him that three other ghosts will visit him during Christmas to change his ways.
